The location was convenient to the venue. We had a wedding to go to, and we were able to check in late without an issue.

The lobby and exterior could use alot of upgrade to make your clients feel welcome. ... and not (like I was) doubtful that I had made a good decision. I also had a gentleman outside tell me to go to the left and ring the phone...so not professional.. The room was surprisingly and thankfully clean and fresh... We did not have time to check out breakfast, Chaska is an interesting city and I'd love to visit again.

The staff was very polite and cooperative. The staff is the reason for booking twice. However, the price does not match the quality of the accommodation. It is very over priced. Also, there was dust in all corners and on bed frame. the WiFi is the strongest on the front desk when you move inside the property there is almost no connection. The WiFi is awful.
